It's edition 21 of your would-be award-winning artisan podcast and its another cracker.
Danny Gabbidon tells us why Joe Ledley should be given every chance to recover from injury.
FAW Trust boss Neil Ward tells us what they are doing to make sure they capitalise on Wales's Euro qualification and find Welsh players of the future.
And we have another battle of the bands with a little known group called the Manic Street Preachers going head-to-head with the succulent sound of Chris Phillips with their Wales songs.
How can you miss it!
Oh, and we do owe Pontypridd Town AFC manager Dominic Broad an apology as we seem to have renamed him Craig! Sorry Dom.

NEVILLE SOUTHALL and JOEY JONES. Two huge legends of the Welsh game have spoken to Alex and Laurence.
They discuss whether today's #Euro2016 heroes would get into Nev's team of the early 90s, should Wales return to Joey's beloved Racecourse and also how Joey knows more about beating England than any other living Welsh international.
And if that wasn't enough there's a battle of the bands as Argument City's Spirit of '58 take on Derek and the Daffs' Sing Up for Chris Coleman's Boys.
Seriously, if only listen to one podcast this year make it this one. Then break that promise and go listen to lots of others.

Jamie Thomas is 22 and has just published his first book, The Dragon Roars Again, which looks at Wales's development under Mark Hughes, John Toshack, Gary Speed and Chris Coleman.
This of course makes us feel like we've wasted our lives! Despite this we swallowed our pride and had a fine chat about Welsh football, the past, the future, and why we don't know football until you've spoken to the Dutch!
We also chat with Swansea and Wales defender Neil Taylor who talks shoe measuring, and Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp admits #noallennoparty, even before he bailed them out against Dortmund midweek.

Two friendlies, big decisions and how do you solve a problem like Tom Bradshaw!?
Alex and Laurence retire to the Lime Tree pub in Chepstow to discuss the big issues after the international window.
We also draw the winner for Bryn Law's book Zombie Nation Awakes, not signed by Bryn. Sorry Bryn.
Let us know if you think we got the squad selection right!??

It's a cheeky Extra Time special from us after the 1-1 draw between Wales and Northern Ireland at the Cardiff City Stadium in their Euro 2016 warm up.
We spoke to Danny Gabbidon, David Vaughan and you guys to find out what you all thought.
We also took a look at what Chris Coleman might do for the Ukraine game.

Welcome to podcast 16 and we were chuffed to catch up with ex-Echo footy writer Mark Bloom.
He covered Wales home and away for 24 years from Yorath to Mark Hughes.
He has tales to tell and has told (some of) them to us.
Have a listen and get involved.

There's no other way of saying it, this is a bumper edition of EatSleepFootyRepeat with two very special interviews with fascinating folks.
Later in the podcast you can hear the second part of our exclusive interview with Wales Assistant Manager and Technical Director Osian Roberts.
We also have a chat with Spirit of '58's Tim Williams about fashion, football and going to France.
On top of all that we discuss Chris Coleman's contract negotiations and the conundrum of whether to risk a fit again Gareth Bale in the warm up games before Euro 2016.
If that wasn't enough, how about a competition? We've got a copy of Bryn Law's excellent book Zombie Nation Awakes, signed by Osian Roberts to give away.

Laurence and Alex go to the heart-beat of Welsh football, and interview one of the main players in the Welsh football revolution.
Osian Roberts is assistant manager of the national side, but in an almost even more important role as Technical Director he oversees the link from grass roots to the elite team and how Dragon Park plays a vital role.
Find out more with this exclusive Eatsleepfootyrepeat look behind the scenes at Dragon Park. If only the guys can find their way through Newport.

Laurence and Alex are joined by two listeners, Paul and Ashton, at The Boat Inn Chepstow to swap stickers and talk Wales.
Yes, and it's a world first. Well at least google throws up our sticker podcast evening up first, so that's good enough for us!
Jonny Williams is discussed and we hear from Dougie Freedman on the midfielder, will Andy King miss out on Euro 2016 even with a Premier League winners medal, and Paul finally finish his sticker book!?!?!? I know, cliff hanger, right. Hope you enjoy. #TogetherStronger #GotGotNeed

HELLO! And a happy New Year to you!
Yes, we're back, and let us be the last to wish you a happy New Year.
We've no idea what we've been faffing around with but that's not important. What is is that we've got Chris Coleman talking pre Euro 2016 friendlies, courtesy of FAWTV on Youtube, Alan Curtis talking Ashley Williams and we take a look at Tom Bradshaw's Euro 2016 squad chances.
Also, we're planning a panini swapsies podcast special and we need you're help. More details in this pod or on our website www.eatsleepfootyrepeat.com
